All of our recipes have a shelf life of two years. Store the seasoning in a cool, dry place for optimal freshness. Once the seasoning is opened, use it within 6-8 weeks. It is important to note that because our products are freeze-dried, moisture can affect the shelf life. If you live in a hot, humid environment, the product may be exposed to more moisture and shorten shelf life. To prevent that, reseal the product properly after every use and store it in the fridge.
