Once the new site is live, you’ll be able to log in with your same email address and manage your autoship directly on Shopify.

We’re moving to a brand-new website on Shopify to make shopping and managing your pet’s wellness easier. ?

Here’s what this means for you:

Will my account transfer?

Yes — your Herbsmith account will move to our new Shopify site.

  • You’ll be able to log in using the same email address you use now.

  • The first time you log in after launch, you’ll just need to reset your password.

Will my order history transfer?

No — past order history won’t carry over to the new site.

  • If you ever need a record of previous orders, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to provide it.

What happens to my autoship?

Your autoship subscription will transfer automatically unless:

  • A payment failed before migration, or

  • You paused your autoship before we move.

If either applies, you’ll need to reactivate your subscription once the new site is live.

Will I need to re-enter my payment method?

Yes. Even if your autoship transfers, you’ll need to add your payment method again when logging into Shopify for the first time. This is a one-time step.

How to update your payment method (after launch):

  1. Log in to your account 

  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions

  3. Add your payment method

  4. Save changes — and you’re all set!

What if I run into issues?

If something doesn’t look right (for example, your subscription doesn’t appear), don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Why are we making this change?

We’re upgrading to Shopify to bring you:

  • A faster, easier checkout experience

  • A simpler way to manage autoship and subscriptions

  • More resources to help you curate your pet’s bowl
