You can feed Milk Thistle in so many ways. You can sprinkle the recommended amount right over every meal, or you can feed it as a treat– scoop the proper dosage into a small meat patty and roll it up, mix the powder with a small amount of cottage cheese or coconut oil and serve. Or put the recommended scoop into an ice cube tray, add water or broth, and freeze.
